Bedser Hub
The Bedser Hub provides care for older people with frailty and multiple long-term conditions. It runs the Dementia Navigator service in Surrey, which provides support to people living with dementia.
People over 65 who are registered with a Woking GP can normally access the Bedser Hub. People younger than 65 with more severe frailty may also be accepted into the service.
Speak to your GP if you think you or someone in your care needs a referral to the Bedser Hub.
